Summer camp begins! Affirmation Monday continues at the Jessie Igou Community Center

First day of summer camp was fun! Thanks to all the girls who participated! We keep getting better—Together. Itinerary: Affirmation Monday purpose, structure, and expectations; Check in with musical chairs and when the music stopped you had to find a partner and ask random questions every round to get to know them; Instant Replay game for introduction (working on projecting our voice and speaking with confidence) where each girl has the chance to tell everyone her name or preferred name, something unique about them, and a dance move everyone copied; explained the three B’s (Breathe, Believe, Be); Meditation and Breathing Exercises, Check-out with S4L then SNACKS😋😋
