Affirmation Monday at The Jessie Igou Community Center
Thank you to all the young ladies who showed up and participated today. As always, we began and ended with our three B’s: Breathe, Believe, Be. We took time to step outside, walk a lap, and intentionally reflect—focusing on our breathing while tuning into the sounds of nature.
